Synopsis

The film begins in modern times, inside a house in a country house. A young girl named Rosaleen (Sarah Patterson) dreams that she lives in a fairytale forest in the late 18th century with her parents (Tusse Silberg and David Warner) and sister Alice (Georgia Slowe). One Alice was chased and then killed by wolves. During the time when her parents were dressed in black, Rosaleen went to live with her grandmother. (Angela Lansbury)
