เรื่องย่อ พอจะสรุปได้จากตัวอย่างที่ปลดปล่อยออกมาเมื่อวันที่ 24 ส.ค. 2564 มีอยู่ว่า ‘ปีเตอร์ ปาร์คเกอร์’ ถูก ‘มิสเทริโอ’ (Mysterio) เปิดโปงว่าเป็น ‘สไปเดอร์แมน’ จนดำรงชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมอย่างเหนื่อยยาก เขาจึงไปอ้อนวอนจาก
‘ดร.สเตรนจ์’ (Stephen Strange) ให้ช่วยใช้เวทมนต์เสกให้ไม่มีใครนึกออกว่าคนที่สวมชุดสไปเดอร์แมนออกปฏิบัติงานไปทั่วทั้งเมืองคือคนใดถึงแม้ ‘หว่อง’ จะเตือนแล้วว่าอย่าใช้เวทมนต์ดังที่กล่าวผ่านมาแล้วด้วยเหตุว่า ‘มันอันตรายเกินไป’ แม้กระนั้น ‘ดร. สเตรนจ์’ ก็ยังทำตามคำร้องขอของ ‘ปีเตอร์’ จนถึงจักรวาลเกิดความผันผวน และเกิดเหตุร้ายแรงอย่างนึกไม่ถึงตามมา
