พี่นาค 3 เกิดเรื่องราวของ อ๊อด ที่กำลังจะเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าพิธีการบรรพชาในเร็วๆวันนี้ เมื่อใกล้กาลสวยยามดี บอลลูน, เฟิร์ส รวมทั้ง โทมินจุน ได้มุ่งหน้าไปยังวัด เพื่อจะร่วมพิธีการบรรพชาของอ๊อด แต่พบว่าเขากำลังเจ็บป่วยเนื่องจากว่าจำต้องคำสาปแช่งจากอาถรรพณ์ของกำไล ที่เขาได้ขุดเผชิญโดยบังเอิญ แล้วก็ทำให้ภูตผีอาฆาตของ นาคคำ จากในชาติก่อน ได้ปรากฏกายอาฆาตพยาบาทเขากับเพื่อนพ้องๆที่จำต้องแข่งกับเวลาเพื่อไขปัญหาและก็หาวิธีล้างคำสาปแช่งนี้ให้หมดสิ้น ก่อนที่จะทุกสิ่งจะสายจนถึงเกินความจำเป็น
