Synopsis

In Tangshan City, truck driver Da Qiang, his wife Yuan Ni and their twin Fang Da. their son and their daughter Fang Deng. It was a simple and happy family. On July 27, 1976, an earthquake devastated Tangshan and Da Qiang died while trying to save his children from their apartment. When the beam of light crashed onto Fang Da and Fang Deng.
